At the root of developing a statewide forest plan is the belief that those interested in the future of our forest lands should have the opportunity to participate in the planning process. .We want to invite all citizens who care about our forest resources to take part in implementing the plan as well as be a part of future assessment and planning processes associated with updates and maintenance to the current plan. We hope you will join us in celebrating the many benefits we receive from forests and in working together to set a course for their future management and protection.
