"The Tree Guy"

The Tree Guy in Stevens Point
The Tree Guy poses with staff members of the LEAF program, Wisconsin's K-12 forestry curriculum.

Tim Womick (aka "The Tree Guy") has delighted and educated audiences for over a decade, challenging them to think about the forest resource where they live.

Tim's fast paced and highly animated presentation educates people of all ages about the importance of trees, their value to a community's well-being and their own human potential. Through this dynamic and interactive hour-long program, those gathered are exposed to an array of tree magic, both contrived and natural, from the air we breathe to the foods we eat.

Lessons are taught with diverse props and folks in attendance laugh while they learn. Audiences are challenged to think about the trees where they live and the vital role trees play in sustaining their lives. The objective is to lead people toward a path to better themselves and their communities. The Tree Guy will be visiting a number of schools in Southern Wisconsin in October.

You're invited to join the celebration of Wisconsin trees and forests by attending a presentation by "The Tree Guy" at the following sites:
